The "No Cook" Unit 6 Month Supply for OneBased on 2 meals per day All You Need to Do is Just Boil Water Consist of 18 #10 cans of Freeze Dried Main Course Entries ( our choice ) Approx. 180 1 cup servings Plus a variety (12) #10 cans to help round out the unit, supply some breakfast items and consisting of: 1 Milk, 1 Peanut Butter Pwd., 1 Banana Chips, 1 Applesauce, 1 Nutty Granola, 1 Breakfast drink (apple or orange ) 2 Granola w/ milk & Blueberries, 2 Pre Cooked Scrambled Eggs, 2 Pilot Cracker Plus 2 Poly Buckets of Rice and One Gamma Seal Lid ( to use on the bucket of rice once you open it for easy access).

How to use this unit: Take one cup of rice plus 2 cups of water and place in a pot with lid and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and wrap pot with lid on in two big bath towels or a wool blanket ( something that the heat will not melt ). Let sit for 1/2 hour and the rice is done. 10 minutes before the rice is done take 1/2 cup of freeze dried food and rehydrate it with boiling water in a pan or bowl. Then put the, now warm, freeze dried food over the rice for a hot and tasty meal. Yum! We really enjoy ours. We do this alot just for a quick and easy meal. You will have extra rice with this amount made.

This amount of rice is enough for one person for one day so you will not have to remake rice each meal unless you desire to. Any amount of rice can be made using the ratio explained above. Once you make your first meal you will see the amount of rice it makes and you can adjust to your personal needs. This unit contains plenty of rice so you should not be hungry. Other items may be added to this menu that you already have or may procure in the future. No Cooking is great!

The following kit will supply you with the means to heat the water needed for this unit, have the cooking pans necessary along with eating utensils and cups. You will still need to supply the water.

This kit contains: 1 one burner propane cook stove, 6 canisters of fuel enough for 6 months of just heating the water for your food, 1 lighter to light the cook stove, 1 backpacker cookset the perfect size for 1-2 people. Made of high quality stainless steel for dependable cooking in any situation. This water option will supply 6 Months water for the "No Cook" Unit as listed above, for food preparation only. Based on 25.2 oz ( 750 ml ) per person per day ( pppd ). This is purified and bacteria free drinking water product with a United States Coast Guard approved five year shelf life. You can order more for drinking.
